YOUR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR HYDRATION Water is the most vital substance to our bodies. And dehydration may be the cause of many of the bodies illnesses. Water By the time you feel a dry mouth, a series of chain reactions have happened in your body because you are dehydrated. One of the last things to go is saliva, because it is important in the protection of the mouth and digestion of food. On the right hand column I've listed ailments associated with dehydration. Hydration is regulated by a variety of chemical messengers in the body, and is chiefly controlled by the kidney's. When the Kidney's are not functioning properly, then they will have difficultly in properly balancing the salt and water content within the body. This could lead to frequent urination, and excessive thirst. Another symptom of improper kidney function is high blood pressure. If the kidney's don't function fully, then more blood needs to be pumped through them to create the same amount of blood cleansing as the kidney's would create in a healthy state. Weak kidney's is almost always a sign of depleted adrenal glands, and a weak liver. One of the best healing remedies for these organs is Bieler's broth. Drink water in 8 to 16 ounce portions throughout the day. Drink water approximately 30 minutes before a meal and 2.5 hours after a meal. Drink two cups of warm water with 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt in the morning to cleanse the body. Learn more about the water cure and how it relates to some common illnesses. Sea Salt Sea salt contains 92 elements that our bodies need that support at least 22 vital functions. "Sea salt is so essential that when its minerals are chronically deficient the colon will enlarge in order to retain huge amounts of waste. The body will then ferment this waste to get a percentage of the minerals needed. In the process this filthy water in our bowels distills deadly toxins which spread through the body promoting decay of all the major organs and causing terminal diseases."** To learn more about this theory by scrolling down to the bottom of the article to the subtitle, "An Interesting Theory" I lost at least an inch of bloating off of my waste and my stomach area looks healthier from taking the recommended amount of salt listed in the left hand column. Sea Salt is an excellent cure for constipation. Learn more about Sea Salt and It's Natural Powers ** Salt Deficiency: The Cause of All Serious Diseases, (out of print) author Martin J.
